Brasserie Thiriez
The Thiriez brewery is a family but also a great team
completely hopped by 5 people. We brew every year
just over 2,000 hectoliters. For us what matters most is the
choice of quality ingredients, time to do it right, respect
traditional methods. Our beers are all unfiltered, no
pasteurized and re-fermented in the bottle. Because from experience we
know that this is all that makes the chemistry of an authentic beer and
craft.
For your greatest happiness but also ours!
We are also northerners attached to certain values:
hospitality and openness to others. That’s why every year we
brew beers in collaboration with other brewers
of different universe. These special brews are available in our
shop open all week. Beer is also synonymous with
sharing and conviviality. The brewery team is pleased to do
discover its know-how during a guided visit.

Brasserie [C]
Brasserie C is a microbrewery born on March 1, 2012 in the heart of the city of Liège. Active in the production of high-quality craft beers, Brewery C has developed the famous Curtius and ensures its marketing. Brasserie C also aims to launch new beers to explore the range of flavors from the brewing world. In November 2014, she launched a new range of 3 "single hop" beers: Torpah.
In December 2014, Brasserie C developed a stout, the Black {C}, winter beer.

Fontaine du Clos
A DOMAIN IN THE HEART OF PROVENCE
It is in Sarrians, in the Vaucluse, that for many years, generations of the Barnier family have followed one another on the estate.
Each member was able to improve our structure thanks to their personality, their desires and their know-how. The farm has gradually turned to vines and wine since 1988.
It is thanks to our nursery, rich in many grape varieties, that the Domaine Fontaine du Clos was born, which today produces more than 14 vintages both in Vins de Pays du Vaucluse (IGP) and in AOC Vacqueyras and Côtes du Rhône.
